About Me

Minh Chau Nguyen brings 25+ years of global leadership experience to Mypalo, from the World Bank Group and International Finance Corporation to founding ISIS Management Group, an early champion of women-led venture capital. She has held strategic roles with Pacific Links Foundation, East Meets West Foundation, and Results for Development Institute, shaping programs across the Asia–Pacific. With degrees from the University of Washington and Harvard Business School—and years of mentoring Vietnamese youth—she understands both the challenges young people face and the pathways that help them thrive. At Mypalo, she guides leadership development rooted in self-awareness, resilience, empathy, and courage, helping students grow into compassionate global citizens.
