Meet Our Team
Nguyen Thi Kim Hong Founder & CEO
For over two decades, Hong has dedicated her career to education and social development. She has helped thousands of young Vietnamese unlock their potential and build a proud future. In addition, she was a program director of Pacific Links Foundation. In this role, she led the GLOW and co-led SEEDS programs, reaching more than 4,000 underserved students across nine provinces. She also expanded the GLOW online platform to provide mentoring, English tutoring, and digital learning opportunities.
Previously, she managed scholarship and training programs at Thrive Networks (East Meets West Foundation). These programs supported over 5,000 disadvantaged students. Furthermore, she ran an IT scholarship initiative with Passerelles Numériques Vietnam. In 2019, she joined the inaugural Obama Foundation Leaders Asia-Pacific Program to represent Vietnam among regional changemakers.
Ms. Minh Chau Nguyen Global Development Leader | Leadership Advisor
With degrees from the University of Washington and Harvard Business School, she deeply understands the challenges young people face. At Mypalo, she guides leadership development rooted in self-awareness, resilience, empathy, and courage. Consequently, she helps students grow into compassionate global citizens.
Ms. Jocelyn Tran Entrepreneur & Business Leader | Strategic Advisor
She was the first Vietnamese-American Chairwoman of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ho Chi Minh City. Also, she received the Government of Vietnam’s “Medal for the Benefit of Industry” for her great contributions to the Vietnam Apparel industry.
Moreover, she co-led Walmart’s Building Talent Pipeline for Asia, India, and LATAM regions. Therefore, Jocelyn embodies how business excellence and social impact can powerfully align. At Mypalo, she advises on curriculum and mentorship strategy to build talents with sustainable systems.
