About Me

Ms. Kim Anh Tran is an early childhood education specialist with over 40 years of experience in child development, teacher training, and parent education across the U.S. and Vietnam. She currently serves as an Early Childhood Education Program Specialist at BANANAS Child Care Resource and Referral in Oakland, California, and is a Certified Health & Safety Instructor with the American Academy of Pediatrics. As a co-founder and Board Member of Pacific Links Foundation, Ms. Tran has been instrumental in building Vietnam’s capacity for quality early childhood care through training programs for teachers, caregivers, and parents. She is also the lead expert for Green Leaf Discovery, empowering educators and families to nurture children’s creativity, emotional well-being, and social skills in safe and inclusive learning environments.
