About Me

Mr. Phi Thai Kien is an entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in finance, investment, and sustainable manufacturing. As the Vice Chairman of Capital Packaging JSC, he has helped drive the company’s transformation into one of Vietnam’s most innovative and globally recognized packaging manufacturers, recently achieving G7 Master Printer certification for international printing excellence. Before returning to Vietnam, Mr. Kien gained valuable international experience working in Singapore and the United States, holding key roles at UBS Investment Bank, Ernst & Young Corporate Finance, and Merrill Lynch. He earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis University (USA). With a global mindset and a deep commitment to Vietnam’s sustainable growth, Mr. Kien serves as a volunteer expert advisor for the SET Program, inspiring students to think beyond borders, embrace innovation, and build responsible businesses that create real impact for their communities.
