About Me

Eric Ha (Nghia) is proof that opportunity and determination can change everything. A former SEEDS scholarship recipient from a rural community, he went from uncertain beginnings to Valedictorian at Foreign Trade University—and built a fast-rising career in e-commerce, including leadership roles at Shopee Vietnam, where he led cross-border partnerships and managed high-performing teams as one of the youngest department leaders. He now serves as Online Growth Manager at Nestlé Vietnam, driving category growth and digital strategy.
