Nguyen Thi Kim Hong
Founder & CEO

"Education opened doors for me, and I want those doors to stay open for others." - Nguyễn Thị Kim Hồng, Founder of Mypalo

For over two decades, Hong has dedicated her career to education and social development, helping thousands of young Vietnamese unlock their potential and build a future they can be proud of. As a program director of Pacific Links Foundation, she led the GLOW and co-led SEEDS programs, reaching more than 4,000 underserved students across nine provinces and expanding the GLOW online platform to provide mentoring, English tutoring, and digital learning opportunities.

Previously, at Thrive Networks (East Meets West Foundation), she managed scholarship and training programs supporting over 5,000 disadvantaged students and an IT scholarship initiative with Passerelles Numériques Vietnam. In 2019, she joined the inaugural Obama Foundation Leaders Asia-Pacific Program, representing Vietnam among regional changemakers.

Ms. Minh Chau Nguyen
Global Development Leader | Leadership Advisor

Minh Chau Nguyen brings 25+ years of global leadership experience to Mypalo, from the World Bank Group and International Finance Corporation to founding ISIS Management Group, an early champion of women-led venture capital. She has held strategic roles with Pacific Links Foundation, East Meets West Foundation, and Results for Development Institute, shaping programs across the Asia–Pacific.

With degrees from the University of Washington and Harvard Business School—and years of mentoring Vietnamese youth—she understands both the challenges young people face and the pathways that help them thrive. At Mypalo, she guides leadership development rooted in self-awareness, resilience, empathy, and courage, helping students grow into compassionate global citizens.

Ms. Jocelyn Tran
Entrepreneur & Business Leader | Strategic Advisor

A trailblazer in global supply chain management and ethical business, Ms. Jocelyn Tran has spent over 35 years shaping how Vietnam's economy connects to the world. She was Regional Senior Director at Walmart Global Sourcing for Southeast Asia and other regions where she launched the operations. Prior to Walmart, she was Associate Vice President at Mast Industries (L Brands) in charge of sourcing and production for Mexico and Central America. For over 30+ years, she built regional talent pipelines through leadership development and succession planning in all the offices.

As the first Vietnamese-American Chairwoman of American Chamber of Commerce in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and recipient of the Government of Vietnam’s “Medal for the Benefit of Industry,” for her contribution in the success of the Vietnam Apparel industry; and

As Co-Leader of Walmart’s Building Talent Pipeline for Asia, India and LATAM regions, Jocelyn embodies how business excellence and social impact can powerfully align.

At Mypalo, she advises on curriculum and mentorship strategy, guided by her belief that great leaders don’t just execute — they build talents and people with systems to sustain success.

Business Administration graduate with 20 years supporting C-level leadership and HR operations at MGF Sourcing Company. She brings organizational expertise and talent management experience to strengthen Mypalo's administrative foundation.
