Ages 14–18 | High School Students

Designed for high school students from Vietnam and internationally who are ready to:

Develop leadership and entrepreneurial thinking

No prior entrepreneurship experience required. Leadership roles assigned based on English level and demonstrated potential.

Track 2: Student Leaders

Students aged 15+ with strong leadership skills

A selective advanced leadership track for:

University students with strong English proficiency
Aspiring facilitators and youth mentors
Young leaders seeking real-world team management experience
Students preparing for graduate school or international careers

Ms. Jocelyn Tran

Entrepreneur & Business Leader | Strategic Advisor

Ms. Jocelyn Tran brings over 35 years of executive leadership in global supply chain and international business strategy. She served as Regional Senior Director at Walmart Global Sourcing, leading operations across Southeast Asia and other regions, and previously as Associate Vice President at Mast Industries (L Brands) . She is the first Vietnamese-American Chairwoman of AmCham in Ho Chi Minh City and a recipient of the Government of Vietnam’s “Medal for the Benefit of Industry .”
Throughout her career, she has trained and mentored emerging leaders across Asia and globally.

Ms. Minh Chau Nguyen

Global Development Leader | Harvard Business School Alumna

Ms. Minh Chau Nguyen has over 25 years of global leadership experience across finance, development, and venture capital. She held senior roles at the World Bank Group and International Finance Corporation (IFC) and founded ISIS Management Group, supporting women-led investment initiatives. She has also led strategic programs with Pacific Links Foundation and other international organizations across Asia–Pacific.
A graduate of the University of Washington and Harvard Business School, she mentors youth in resilience, strategic thinking, and building purpose-driven leadership in a global context.

Ms. Lien Le

Senior IT Consultant | Global Entrepreneur | Education Advocate

Ms. Lien Le left Vietnam at 14 and built a successful international career in technology and business. She holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine, and brings over 25 years of experience in IT consulting as a Senior Business Systems Analyst. She is also an entrepreneur managing 50+ Airbnb properties across the United States and Canada, and serves as a Board Member of the non-profit Vietnam Education Society. With deep cross-cultural experience, she guides students on global careers, entrepreneurship, and leadership in a digital world.

Ngo Minh Hieu / Hieu PC

Cybersecurity Expert & Inspirational Speaker

Ngo Minh Hieu, widely known as Hieu PC, is one of the most recognized Vietnamese cybersecurity specialist and digital safety advocate. In his youth, he was involved in large-scale cybercrime and later faced legal consequences in the United States. After serving his sentence and returning to Vietnam, he chose a new path — dedicating his expertise to protecting individuals and organizations from online threats.
He has worked as an expert with Vietnam’s National Cybersecurity Centre and co-founded community initiatives to combat online scams. He is also a keynote speaker at many cybersecurity and technology forums in Vietnam and internationally, sharing lessons on digital responsibility, AI risks, and ethical leadership.
His story is a powerful lesson in accountability, resilience, and the power of transformation.
