Jocelyn Trần
Entrepreneur & Business Leader | Strategic Advisor
Ms. Jocelyn Tran brings over 35 years of executive leadership in global supply chain and international business strategy. She served as Regional Senior Director at Walmart Global Sourcing, leading operations across Southeast Asia and other regions, and previously as Associate Vice President at Mast Industries (L Brands). She is the first Vietnamese-American Chairwoman of AmCham in Ho Chi Minh City and a recipient of the Government of Vietnam’s “Medal for the Benefit of Industry.”
Throughout her career, she has trained and mentored emerging leaders across Asia and globally.

CEO and Founder ABA Cooltrans Luong Quang Thi is a pioneer in cold-chain logistics and smart supply chain management. With over 20 years of experience in logistics and operations, he has built ABA into one of Vietnam’s most trusted providers of temperature-controlled transportation and warehousing solutions.
Prior to founding ABA, he held senior management roles at Lamberet Vietnam and Big C Dong Nai, strengthening his expertise in commercial operations and business strategy. He holds an MBA from Columbia Southern University.
